Flathed animated movie from Blokkhed.

Hi there, a bit slow in posting these days, the day job is a bit busy at the moment, plus I'm trying to get a lot of work onto Alamy as well. But Ihave finally edited together a very rough cut of my Flathed animated movie [above]. This is a long on-going project and may or may not be finished. The little Flathed man is lost on a cuboid world and faces many trials and tribulations. To be continued......

A recent animation that I've uploaded to Vimeo. It's the Little Red Man on his square [cuboid] world. He's a character that has many more adventures to be explored.

This is how the King will look in the chess set. I have to get the Knight and Castle finished and that will complete that project. The animation work is gradually getting onto YouTube and you can see this above. You are seeing some earlier test work, but as with much of what I've produced it should be out there and seen. There is a bigger amount of work to come with the adventures of the Flathed in a dangerous world!

Happy New Year! Blokkhed

I've been very busy with work recently and I've also been taking photos for my Alamy work so not much time left for this Blokkhed. But I have decided to put some of my animation work that I did on an earlier project onto here/YouTube. I've worked on this project based around the FlatHed character-the little red man you see here being menaced by some huge metal men. This is one of those ideas that just grew and grew, I had too many other commitments so I stopped working on it, but there is a lot of work there so I want to show some of it. I have to get a few things done yet so it should be late this month.

Another still of the Little Red Hed being intimidated by these evil steel men. I'll keep putting up some images from this project. Carrara is a good software and is nice to use. It's a good one to start with so I recommend it. This scene show the little man in the steel world, he also lands in a stone world a water world and an ice world [among others]. This is one of those 'unfinished' projects that i seem to have, I'm too busy with the Blokkhed Robot at the moment [working on more vehicles and environments at the moment], but I hope to resurrect him one day.
