I'm exploring 1950s design at the moment and a lot of fun it is too. As I said before I'm going to have prints made for sale [somewhere, maybe Etsy].

A variation on semi-circles and squares. I intend to create prints of this sort of work and start an Etsy store. I'll keep you posted!

Sputnik. 1957. Mid Century Modern. Illustration

1957 and the world got smaller. Sputnik raised tension between East and West and started the space race. Mid Century Modern design and art took inspiration from this event and so have I.

part 1 of a fabulous look at American design in 1958. A piece of self-promotion for a stylish era. It has all the opulence and glamour and optimism of America of that time. Excellent.
